I made their costumes out of thing around the house. White tights that were old and had snags in them. Noelle and Cyann I used old stained onesies and Zoey I used an old sweat shirt. The paint was what I had in the garage. It was fun. Sorry i did not get any pictures of Cyann. :( She was so cute.
Hi all its been a while but we have been very busy.
I wanted to do an update on Noelle.
I noticed about a month ago that she has been losing weight. Not good for a little one to do. She was 22 lb. first of June then middle of July she was 21 lb. now she was weighed on Thursday 19 lb. 12 oz. Needless to say i am worried about her. I have noticed that she has an allergic reaction to a lot of things we have tried to feed her leaving me searching for nutritious things to give her.
I was feeling very lost and honestly scared because I did not know what to do. A friend recommended going to see a Homeopathic doctor to see if he had some insight. So we did he was great but only cut out more things out of her diet. I left his office feeling a little relieved but then after a week of his recommend diet Noelle looked thinner and had a lot less energy than before.
I set up an appointment with a highly recommendedNutritionist. Let me say she was an answer to prayer. She gave me some very practical ways to feed Noelle what she needs and with the fat and calories that she needs.
She also whats to change Noelle's formula to Elecare. It has a higher calorie count than the Nutramigen that Noelle has been on since she was 2 months old.
I am feeling better about Noelle's feeds now. I am praying that with this new approach Noelle will start gaining weight again. Right now she is -15Th on the growth scale. Hoping she will be in the 30Thpercentile by November.
Another thing that is a huge answer to prayer is Noelle will be seeing a Respiratory Specialist in the next month or two. I have been worried about her Laryngeal Malatia and the possibility of her having sleep apnea. I finally got someone to listen to me and turns out they think I might be right.
Just so I have it written down somewhere i wont lose it Im going to write Noelle's can haves.
Right now Noelle can eat
All vegetables Fruit except citrus and tomatoes Rice Nut butters except peanut butter Goats milk
Elecare Digestive enzyme.
That is it.
Right now Noelle's newest favorite is Banana shake with almond butter. I make it in my new juicer you should try it Jon says its good (and I make it with goats milk).

Hi
Life is very full right now thus the lack of posts. So sorry.
I seem to be running in circles and most of the time cant tell you what the date is but I can tell you the many many things that need to be done.
In an attempt to make my life a little more streamline I have spent the last few days ORGANIZING everything but alas still have a little was to go.
Need to still clean the master bedroom and one more closet. Then it will be time to start at the beginning again. Thus the life of a mom. :)
I will write an update on the kids soon. I'm waiting for Jon to put the pictures up for me. Thanks babe. There has been alot going on so it will be a good one I'm sure. So stay tune.
this is that jon jackson, you know the guy married to that Dani girl, anyway, she wanted me to share something with ya'll.
Backstory: Zoey has been making a habit of unbuckling her seatbelt and standing in her car seat as soon as we stop, and we decided recently that she needed to stop doing that (as more than once it ended up with a knee or elbow in Noelle's seat) and warned her thus-ly.
The Story: So when we got home tonight, when i turned the car off i was talking with Dani about a fantastic coupon i found on some business cards today - Seemed interesting at the time, but typing it out like that, it must have been boring the life out of her - i digress...
After talking for a minute or two, Zoey's little head popped up between the seats, which meant her little bottom was not in her chair, so we reminded her of the rule, that she stays in her seat until we open the door to get her out. So after another minute or so, she was standing in her chair, that's when i informed her she would be receiving a spanking for her decision to disobey, at which point, she quickly sat in her chair and announced: "I'm obeying now!"
"That's great!" i said, "But you're still getting a spanking, because you chose to disobey a minute ago"
So i opened her door and told her to go wait for me on the naughty bench.
She was there when i came in to talk with her, and the following (paraphrased) conversation took place.
"Do you know why you're getting a spanking?"
"Because i stood up in my chair and i didn't mean to"
"And what were you supposed to be doing?"
"Sitting on my bottom."
"That's Right, and because you chose to disobey, and not listen to Daddy and Momma, this spanking is a consequence of your choice to disobey. This spanking is the consequence of the sin of disobedience this time. Do you understand?"
- she interrupted me at some point here, and said
"sin is death" or "sin means death", or "wages of sin is death"
- i was a bit suprised at that, i mean, she knows John 3:16 and we've been working on Romans 6:23, but who knew she was actually paying attention - so i said
"That's right, for the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ out Lord"
"I'm I going to die?" she asked
-that question made my stomach drop -
"Yes" i said "If you don't accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, and confess and forsake your sins, and ask Him for forgivness, you will die" i clarified "you won't die right now, or right away, but when you die if you don't know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you will go to hell forever and not be with Jesus in heaven"
"Oh" she said
"But Zoey you don't have to die, you can accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior any time you want to, just come ask Mommy or Daddy any time and we'll talk to you about how you can do that"
All i can say is Wow, she's listening, there's a little 3 year old heart that's searching for the truth, i don't think it's a coicedence that these last couple of weeks have been particularly hard for her to be obedient, and "be a good girl" i think even at this young age, the enemy is attempting to block the truth from taking hold. I pray we can be consistent examples of God's love and grace to her precious heart.

Ear nose and throat went very well hearing test was good. Praise the Lord there was not any damage from the chronic ear infections.
Developmentalpediatricappointment went very well. He gave us a very good report. We don't have to go back till December. He said she is growing very well. She is 22lb and 30in.
Cyann's 4 month well check. She is looking good 12lb. 8oz. and 22 in. long. She is in the 3rd percentile.
I am the Mommy to 4 year old Zoey, 2 year old Noelle, 1 year old Cyann, and Tenley June 2010.
I spend my days juggling feedings, therapy sessions, and doctor visits along with all the normal mommy things that need to be done.
Noelle was born with (Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome) RTS she was diagnosed at three months old, since then I have been learning about all the medical/therapy things that comes with having a child with special needs. I never thought that I could raise or care for a child with special needs but God shows me every day that I cant but He can. I could not be the mother of Noelle with out God working through me everyday. I could not imagine our family with out Noelle, She makes me smile and laugh every single day.
